This policy explains what information Appsgain Technologies Private Limited collects through this training portal, why it is collected, and how it is protected.
Information we collect
- Application details: full name, mobile number, email address, postal address (district, state and PIN code), educational qualification, date of birth (only where a course requires it for eligibility), relevant experience, the course selected and your consent to our policies.
- Payment information: order and transaction references, amount, payment method type and status received from the payment gateway. Card numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords and similar credentials are entered only on the payment gateway's secure page and are never received or stored by us.
- Training records: attendance, assessment marks, results and certificate details.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and timestamps, used for security, fraud prevention and rate limiting.
We do not ask for Aadhaar, PAN, bank account numbers or other sensitive identity documents through the application form.
How we use your information
- To process your application, verify your identity when you use the status, receipt and certificate services, and communicate with you about your application.
- To process payments and refunds and to issue receipts.
- To schedule classes, record attendance, evaluate assessments and issue certificates and marksheets.
- To keep the portal secure and to comply with legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run the programme — the payment gateway, email/SMS delivery providers and hosting providers — and only to the extent necessary. We do not sell your personal data. Information may be disclosed where required by law.
Certificate verification
Anyone who enters a valid certificate number on the Verify Certificate page can see the minimum details needed to confirm it: the certificate holder's name, course, certificate number, issue date and validity status. Contact details are never shown.
Cookies and local storage
The portal uses an essential session cookie to keep forms secure and to remember a verification you have completed for a short time. Your text-size preference is stored in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security and retention
Data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised staff. Administrative actions are logged. Application, payment and certificate records are retained for as long as needed for the programme, certificate verification, and legal and accounting requirements.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct inaccurate information or to delete information that we are not required to keep, by writing to admission@appsgain.in from your registered email address with your application number.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
