About this course
Many small businesses in India still copy enquiries from one app to another, chase payments by hand and answer the same customer questions all day. This programme teaches you to replace that manual work with reliable automated workflows, built visually without writing code, and to add AI where it genuinely helps: reading an email, sorting a lead, extracting details from an invoice or drafting a reply for a person to approve.
You learn the ideas that every automation platform shares — triggers, actions, data mapping, filters, routers, loops and error handling — and apply them in Zapier, Make and n8n. You also learn to read JSON, call APIs through HTTP modules, receive webhooks and store data in Google Sheets or Airtable, which is what turns simple two-step automations into dependable business systems.
How the course runs
Classes are live on Google Meet, with a build exercise in almost every session. The course ends with a capstone in which you map, build, test and document an automation for a real or realistic client, such as a clinic, coaching institute, retailer or service business, and demonstrate it to the group.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

- Build multi-step workflows with filters, paths and formatters in Zapier
- Create Make scenarios with routers, iterators, aggregators and error handlers
- Build and run workflows in n8n using nodes, expressions and stored credentials

- Add AI steps that classify, extract, summarise and draft text with structured output
- Set up an FAQ assistant that hands over to a human, while keeping customer data safe
- Test, monitor, document and hand over an automation to a client or team

Joining online classes
Join from a laptop or desktop with your Zapier and Make accounts and your local n8n open in the browser, as set up in class. Never show real passwords or API keys on a shared screen. Join with your registered name so attendance can be marked.

What kind of automations will I be able to build?
Examples from the course include sending every website or social media lead into a Google Sheet with a follow-up email, logging the amount and GSTIN from invoices received by email, sorting support emails by topic with AI and drafting replies for review, sending appointment or fee-due reminders, and an FAQ assistant that answers from your own documents. Your capstone is a complete, documented automation for a real or realistic business.
How is this different from the Certificate in AI Tools & Automation, and is it really no-code?
AI Tools & Automation teaches you to use AI assistants in your own daily work, with one module on workflow automation. This course goes much deeper into building automations as a skill — process mapping, Zapier, Make and n8n, webhooks and APIs, AI steps inside workflows and a documented client-style capstone. All workflows are built in visual editors; reading JSON, simple expressions and HTTP modules are taught from the basics, and no programming language is required.
Which platforms are covered, and will I have to pay for them?
You will use Zapier, Make and n8n, together with Google Sheets, Airtable, Postman and AI models inside these tools. Exercises are designed around free plans and free usage limits wherever possible. n8n has no permanent free cloud plan, so you run its free self-hosted Community Edition on your own computer, which we install together in class. Zapier's free plan does not include every feature taught (Paths and premium apps, for example, need a paid plan); where that happens, the trainer demonstrates the feature and you build the same logic in Make or n8n. Paid plans, and AI usage beyond free limits, are optional and not part of the course fee.
How long is the course, and what are the class timings?
The course runs for 4 months, with about 100 hours of live classes on Google Meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST. The two-hour sessions leave time to build along with the trainer. Batch dates and the last date to apply are shown on this page. Classes are taught in English, with Hindi support where needed.
What if I miss a class?
Attendance is recorded for every session, and at least 75% attendance is needed for the certificate. If you miss a class, work through the learning materials shared for that module on your application status page and bring any step that did not work to the next class.
What is the fee, and what certificate do I get?
The total fee shown on this page is for the full 4-month programme, covering all live sessions, assessments and the certificate.
